Our Team

Steven has served as Senior Pastor of FBC since 2021. He and his wife, Brittany, have been married since 2008 and are blessed with three children: Lacey, Braylin, and Elisha.

Steven sensed God's call to pastoral ministry in his mid-twenties. In response, he enrolled in seminary and entered bivocational ministry, serving in a variety of pastoral roles at Central Baptist Church in Gaffney, South Carolina. During his time there, he served as Connections Pastor, Family Pastor, Student Pastor, and Interim Pastor. In addition to his pastoral ministry, Steven leads 419 Ministries, a teaching ministry dedicated to equipping believers through faithful, Christ-centered exposition of Scripture.

Steven earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Ashford University in 2014, followed by a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership in 2016. He received his Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies from Liberty University Baptist Theological Seminary in 2019 and later earned a Doctor of Ministry in Expository Preaching from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
